Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • We do not accept returns on earrings and customized items due to hygiene and personalization concerns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days through your original payment method or issued as store credit.


Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • For size or design exchanges, please contact us to confirm availability before sending the product back.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items


Additional Information

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

  • AdornlyStore reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
